Run Rehabilitation

We are the first Physiotherapy Clinic to provide the missing link between clinic based treatment to a successful return to sport.

Our Return To Sport classes include strength and stability training, fitness, agility and speed work. These progress through a range of stages from the most basic run throughs, to high speed stability training.

Safety is paramount, so classes are run by a Physiotherapist that understands your injury, and progressions made based off of strict assessment criteria.

The classes have been developed from the newest injury prevention programs including the Santa Monica University PEP program, the Knee Program (Netball Australia) and a number of ongoing research papers.
